The WVDC receives arrestees from many different agencies. Pre-trial inmates make up the majority of the population at the WVDC. Court assignments are accomplished by remote video for various locations including San Bernardino, Fontana, Rancho Cucamonga, Chino, Victorville, and Barstow courts.
